Pizza Dough Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
All-Purpose Flour 3 Cups
Powder Milk 2 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Olive Oil 2 tbsp
Instant Yeast 1 tsp
Warm water as you required

Chicken Tikka Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Oil 2 tbsp
Boneless Chicken Cubes 250 gm
Ginger and Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp or to Taste
Turmeric Powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp or to Taste
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp


Topping Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Tomato ketchup Half Cup or as you required
Chicken Cooked
Onion Chopped 2 tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese and Cheddar Cheese Grated as you required
Black Olives 2 tbsp
Tomatoes 3 tbsp
Dried Oregano 1/4 tsp
Capsicum 3 tbsp

Directions:

Knead Pizza Dough/Method

Step 1: In a large mixing bowl, add All-purpose flour, milk powder, sugar, salt, olive oil, and Instant Yeast and mix it well. 
Step 2: Now knead with warm water for 5 minutes. 
Step 3: Now cover it and rest it for 3 hours at room temperature. 
Step 4: After 3 hours, the dough has risen, gently punch it down to release the air. 
Step 5: Now your dough is ready for making Pizza.

How to Prepare Chicken Tikka?

Step 1: In Frying Pan add 2 tbsp Oil and add Boneless Chicken. 
Step 2: Now stir it on medium flame until it becomes into white color (cook for 5 minutes). 
Step 3: Now add Ginger and Garlic Paste, Salt, Turmeric Powder, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, and Red Chilli Powder and stir it well. 
Step 4: Then add 4 tbsp water cover with lid and cook for 10 minutes on medium to low flame. 
Step 5: After that remove the lid stir it and turn off the flame and your tikka topping is ready.

How to Ready Pizza for Bake?

Step 1: Now dust dry flour on the kitchen slab place dough and roll it.
Step 2: Now cut it into small rings (makes 6-7 Mini Pizzas).
Step 3: Take a baking tray.
Step 4: Grease with oil and then place the dough. 
Step 5: After That spread Tomato Ketchup, Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese, chicken tikka and then Onion, Capsicum, Tomatoes and then again Mozzarella and Cheddar Cheese and then Olives and sprinkle Oregano. 
 Now Pizza is ready for Bake.

Option no.1: Without Oven:

Step 1: In the pot, add 1 pack of salt. 
Step 2: Preheat it for 10 minutes. 
Step 3: Place the pizza in the Pot and cover it with Lid.
Step 4: Let it cook on medium-low flame for 15-20 minutes or until cheese melts.

Option no.2: Baking in Oven:

Step 1: Your Oven should be preheated for 10 minutes at 160 C. 
Step 2: Now bake it for 15 minutes at 160 C.
