Vanilla custard preparation Ingredients

Sugar 7 tablespoons or to taste
Vanilla custard powder 5 tablespoon

Directions 

How to Prepare Vanilla Custard? 

Step 1: Take a saucepan and add milk over medium heat, until it boils. 
Step 2: Now add sugar, mix it well, and bring it to a boil. 
Step 3: Add milk and vanilla custard powder to a bowl, and mix well. 
Step 4: Gradually add dissolved Vanilla Custard powder, and continue stirring until the Custard thickens and lumps are not formed. 
Step 5: This process typically takes about 5 to 7 minutes. Once the custard has thickened, remove it from the heat. 
Step 6: Allow the Custard to cool slightly in the saucepan. 

How to make Jelly from a Packet?

Note: The amount of water mentioned on the packet needs to be followed.
Step 1: Boil the water on the stovetop. 
Step 2: Pour the jelly crystals into a hot water pan. 
Step 3: Use a spoon to stir the mixture thoroughly until the jelly crystals are completely dissolved and cook for 2 minutes. 
Step 4: Pour it into the mold of your choice. 
Step 5: Place the mold in the refrigerator and allow the jelly to set, preferably until it is solid. 
Step 6: Cut the jelly into small cubes and set aside. 
Step 7: Now you can use jelly as a topping for custard.

Pineapple 1/2 cup or (as you require)

Assembling

Step 1: Take a serving dish, place a layer of plain cake, bananas, pineapple, and pomegranates, and spread evenly. 
Step 2: Now add a layer of custard to the fruit layer. 
Step 3: Place another layer of plain cake, bananas, pineapple, and pomegranates and spread evenly. Step 4: Once your layers are built garnish with jelly and strawberries.
Step 5: Now you can add your favorite dry fruits like raisins, pistachios, almonds, and walnuts.

Chill before serving

  • Once your trifle is ready, place it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
