Beef Shami Kebab Ingredients

Boneless Beef Cubes 1/2 Kg
Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon 
Ginger Paste 1/2 teaspoon 
Coriander Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin Powder 1 teaspoon
Crushed Red Chilies 1 teaspoon
Black pepper Powder 1 teaspoon
Salt 1 teaspoon or to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Water 3 Cups or as required
Chickpea Lentil 250g (soaked for 1 hour in water)
Green chilies  chopped 1 tablespoon 
Fresh coriander 1 tablespoon chopped 
Mint leaves 1 tablespoon chopped
Egg for Coating 1
Oil for frying 1 and a half Cup
Garam Masala Powder 1 tablespoon

Directions 

Step 1: In the Pressure Cooker, add Beef and soaked chickpea lentils, Ginger and Garlic Paste, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Crushed Red Chilies, Black pepper Powder, salt, and turmeric powder, add water, and mix well, now close the lid and pressure cook for 15-20 minutes on medium flame. After that, open the lid add Garam Masala Powder, and cook on high flame until the mixture dries up. Let it cool down.
Step 2: On the grinding stone, add the kebab mixture, gradually grinding all the mixture. Repeat the process until the whole mixture is done. Now chop green chilies, fresh coriander, and mint leaves, and mix in the mixture. 
Step 3: Grease hands with oil, take a mixture (60g), and make kebabs of equal sizes. You can use a kebab shaper. 
Step 4: Whisk 1 egg in a bowl. Dip the kebabs in the whisked eggs. 
Step 5: Now take a frying pan, add cooking oil, and fry kebabs on medium flame from both sides until golden brown.

How to Freeze Shami Kebabs? 

Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in the freezer. Freezing Shami Kebabs is a convenient way to preserve them for a longer period.

Serve

Serve with Ketchup or Yogurt Green Chutney.

In a blender, combine the Fresh coriander leaves, mint leaves, half green chili, 3 tablespoons yogurt, and a pinch of salt. After that, add 1 cup of yogurt to this mixture and mix well.
