Chicken Wrap Recipe For Kids

White Sauce Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Mayonnaise 4 tablespoon
Plain Yogurt 4 tablespoon
Vinegar 1 teaspoon
Cumin Powder 1 teaspoon
Red Chili Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Garlic Powder 1/2 teaspoon
Parsley 1 teaspoon

White Sauce preparation

Mix all the ingredients very well.

Chicken Filling Ingredients

Ingredient Quantity
Boneless breast Cubes or thigh 350 gram
Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tablespoon
Salt 1/4 teaspoon or to taste
Salt 1/4 teaspoon
Turmeric 1/4 teaspoon
Chicken Tandoori Masala 1/2 teaspoon or to taste
Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon
Olive oil 2 tablespoon

Directions: 

Prepare the Chicken: 
Step 1: Take a Bowl and marinate the chicken Boneless Cubes with Lemon Juice, Soy Sauce, Ginger Garlic Paste, Salt, Red chili Powder, Turmeric, and Chicken Tandoori Masala and mix well. 
Step 2: Refrigerate the chicken for at least 30 minutes, but marinate it for 2 hours for the best results. The longer you marinate, the more flavor the chicken will absorb. 
Step 3: Now heat a pan with a bit of olive oil. 
Step 4: In a pan, Add marinated chicken, cook at high heat for 2-3 minutes, then cook 15 to 20 minutes at medium-low heat until chicken is tender.
Note:
You can grill, roast, pan-fry, bake, or even barbecue the marinated chicken, depending on your recipe. Follow the specific cooking instructions for your chosen method and enjoy your flavorful, tender chicken.

Prepare the Veggies

Wash and slice your veggies into thin strips. You can use lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, or other veggies your kids enjoy.

Step 1: Warm the Tortilla Wraps In the microwave, place the tortilla wraps for 20 seconds to soften.
Step 2: Lay out a tortilla wrap on a clean surface. 
Step 3: Spread a bit of mayonnaise or sauce on the wrap. 
Step 4: Over the sauce, place some of the cooked chicken pieces. 
Step 5: On top of the chicken, place lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions. 
Step 6: Carefully fold in the sides of the tortilla wrap. Make a roll from the bottom to the top, tucking in the fillings while you do so. You can use a little extra sauce to help seal the wrap if needed.

Serve

  1. Use a sharp knife to cut the wrap in half.
